New Layout Empty New Layout

I'm going to re-vamp the layout of the whole forum so if you see changes happening from time to time then don't be suprised why.

New logo/banner maybe, new colour scheme, new structure. Maybe a new forum/catagory. Just wait till it's finished hopefully people will be happy with the outcome.
